Our Return / Exchange Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us.
Items eligible for return: Please Returns the items purchased within 15 days of receiving your order with the original receipt. The product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. We will assure that your refunds are processed efficiently.
Why 15 days: We compensate the artists who have hand-painted the drawings that are printed on your product, we want to make sure we are uplifting the artists in the most effective manner.
Ship back to us: We will have to request you to pay the shipping cost for your purchase. We firmly believe in directing maximum benefit to the women and the artists who have worked so hard to help us create this product, sustainable business practices, and in giving the gift of eyesight.

Changing or Canceling Orders
Modifying Orders That Have Not Shipped
In an effort to ship your order in a timely manner the ability to cancel or modify an order is not always available. If you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at (508) 816-4519 or at firstname.lastname@example.org 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We will do our best to accommodate any address change requests if you contact our Customer Care team within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call us at (508) 816-4519 Any changes made to your address after an hour may require an additional fee.
This option may not be available depending on how far along our warehouse is with your order. Please call us at (508) 816-4519 or email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Did your order get canceled? Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email. Call us at (508) 816-4519 and we can help to reorder or find similar items.
Naytra Couture reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.
We have very limited ability to change the payment type after your order is placed. Please call us at (508) 816-4519 to see if it is an option to update your payment type.
Modifying Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped there is little we can do to modify it. However, FedEx Delivery Manager offers a free program for customizing your delivery options. Sign up for free atFedEx.com to change the delivery address, schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold, sign for the package, hold at a FedEx location, and provide delivery instructions.
